Returns & exchanges

Please note that michele keeler and baby yaya merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to MKH and baby yaya, and not any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website. If this is the case, please refer to their respective return policies for further information.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept a return. Unworn merchandise with original hang tags attached may be returned within 30 days of receiving shipment for a full refund, less shipping costs.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.

Refund process:

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return by customer. Michele Keeler Co. is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

 

Special Orders / Cancellations

We like happy customers and can accomodate special orders. Usually, a 50% deposit is required. Please contact customer service for details.

Once processed, cancelled orders may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
